First Engine - First Rally
For Richard Washington-Jones from Horsham the Kingsfold Rally was his first, accompanying him that weekend was his son Hal, aged 11 and his daughter Eleanor,aged 8. Richard was displaying a Petter A circa 1936ish, Richard told me that he brought the engine from a chap in Partridge Green who got it from a farm in Pulborough where the engine was used with a milking machine outfit. Unfortunately Richard doesn't know what happened to the milking machine.
Richard had purchased the engine already restored.
